Day-of Wedding Coordinating services are usually offered on the day of the wedding. This means you do all the planning yourself, however, we do offer wedding planning management services 4-6 weeks before the wedding date.

Pre-Wedding Services

• Venue Walk-through

• Quarterly/Monthly on track planning meetings

• On-site venue meetings with vendors (limited)

• Identify missing plans or gaps

• Confirm final vendor details with event professionals

• Create a wedding day timeline

• Gather all details of your planning so far

• Vendor recommendations, no booking involved

• Coordinate the ceremony rehearsal (usually the day before the wedding)

• 10-20 hours of planning and communication

Wedding Day Services

• Unlimited time on-site with your coordinatior

• Directing the ceremony processional

• Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception

• Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.

• Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers

• Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

• Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed

• Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

• Providing an emergency kit for common situations

• Dealing with any unforeseen incidents

 Just Breathe Package - Partial Planning - starting at $1,800

Partial wedding planning services is the most beneficial package for our couples. Partial planning services are usually offered 3 to 6 months before the wedding date. Package includes the day-of coordinator service.

Full Wedding Planning services are offered when you are ready to plan your wedding, at least 12 months from your projected wedding date. Package includes day-of coordinator service and wedding management service.
